You should be performing a nasal lavage thrice daily (at least) with a unit such as NeilMed's Sinus Rinse (available at Rite Aid). Also, drink a cup of hot tea every half hour to help with nasal flow. Should the infection persist, snort a huge pile of cocaine up in there and your sinuses should clear out fast. A bloody discharge is normal. Best of luck.
You people - always with the antibiotics! You can recover from a sinus infection without them.
FYI: Antibiotics destroy all your intestinal flora. Talk about mild anal leakage!
